We offer a complimentary 30 minute trial coaching session via telephone for potential coachees to have a high-level discussion about their coaching needs. Through this you will be able to assess our coaches style and decide if you feel they are a good fit for you.
Thereafter, coaching sessions need to be booked in blocks of six 1-hour sessions, which can either be scheduled to take place monthly, or more frequently tailored to your needs.
Coaching sessions take place face-to-face, either in person, via skype or other video calling platforms, or using telephone.
